In the fight against COVID-19, TLC Healthcare has implemented several new initiatives to minimise its impact. Recently, it has turned to a mix of innovative technologies to ensure the safety of their residents, patients, visitors and staff.
TLC Healthcare has acquired a 2.99 hectare (29,946m²) property located at 220-240 Princess Hwy, Hallam; adjacent to their existing Homewood Residential Aged Care location. TLC Homewood is a 180 room residential aged care home that encompasses a TLC Primary Care community medical centre.
TLC Healthcare has broken ground on their latest development in the Melbourne bayside suburb of Mordialloc. This development, located opposite Woodlands Golf Course, will incorporate a 120 place child care centre alongside a 150 place residential aged care home, community medical centre, commercial health club, swimming pool and café. Due for completion in 2022, TLC’s bold new development is the first time this range of intergenerational care services have been offered in one location by a single provider.
For a third year running, TLC Healthcare (TLC) has been recognised in the 2018 Australian Business Awards as an Employer of Choice. For the first time TLC is also an ABA100 Winner for its innovative ‘TLC Privileges’ product in the New Product Innovation category. In 2016 TLC was a ABA100 Winner for Brand Excellence, and again for Service Excellence in 2017.
