TLC Healthcare has contracted Ireland Brown Constructions and principal consultants Baldasso Cortese to build and manage its $24 million Homestead Estate redevelopment in Wallington, near Geelong.
The upgrade of Homestead Estate, which was TLC group’s first residential facility, involves combining the existing homes into one location and adding an additional 125 beds to create a 260-bed facility.
A $24 million Wallington redevelopment to deliver new jobs at Victoria’s largest aged care facility will begin in August, its proponent has announced.
